Celebration of first international day of intengible cultural heritage (ICH) at Lok virsa on 25th october, 2024, khawar community took part in folklore and traditional heritage

At Lok Virsa, the first International Day of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) was celebrated on October 25, 2024, with vibrant displays of folklore and traditional heritage. The Khawar community contributed a captivating performance, showcasing the richness of Pakistan’s cultural diversity. The event was graced by Secretary General of PNCU, Mr. Aftab Muhammad Khan and  Assistant Secretary General (Culture) ,Mr.  Imran ul Haq  of the Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO (PNCU) underscoring their commitment to promoting and preserving Pakistan’s intangible cultural heritage.
