The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) has informed its Member States that the Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program for the academic year 2026–2027 has been announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The program aims to support the development of human capital by providing fully funded scholarships to international students to pursue higher education at universities in Azerbaijan. The scholarship covers tuition fees, international travel, monthly allowance, medical insurance, and visa/registration costs.
