AUCTION NOTICE

An open auction for the disposal of unserviceable office electric accessories, furniture, miscellaneous items, and IT equipment will be conducted at the Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO, Islamabad, on 29th May 2025 at 10:30 AM. The auction will be carried out in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The auction will be conducted lot-wise and on an "as and where" basis.
  2. Unserviceable/non-repairable items will be disposed of through open bidding on the spot. Bidders will be required to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/-, along with a copy of their CNIC, to register for the auction.
  3. The successful bidder shall be required to deposit at least 50% of the bid amount on the spot to secure the bid. The remaining amount must be deposited within two days, and the items must be lifted within two days from the date of the auction.
  4. In case of any violation of these terms, the registration fee and deposit amount shall be forfeited entirely.
  5. The Condemnation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or quotation in accordance with PPRA Rules.
  6. In case of any dispute, the Assistant Secretary General (Administration)/Chairman of the Auction/Condemnation Committee will be the competent authority for settlement.
  7. Interested bidders may view the items during office hours from 26th to 28th May 2025, and even on the morning of 29th May 2025.
