Fellowships

  1. UNESCO/ISEDC Co-sponsored fellowship programme (In line with the strategy and objectives of the approved UNESCO Programme and Budget for the fellowships programme, the category II International Centre for Sustainable Energy Development in Moscow is offering twenty (20) fellowships of four weeks duration each year. A sum of US$ 450/- for living expenses on a monthly basis is awarded to the selected students in addition to tuition fees. This fellowship programme usually announced in January to April each year. 

 

  1. UNESCO/Poland Co-Sponsored Fellowship Programme in Engineering: (The Polish National Commission for UNESCO and the UNESCO Chair for Science, Technology and Engineering Education at the AGH University of Science & Technology in Krakow has placed at the disposal of certain Member States. The beneficiaries of these fellowships are given the opportunity to undertake an individual research programme in the field of Science, Technology and Engineering). Free tuition and monthly allowance of 2200 PLN and a onetime special allowance of 2200 PLN to each student. UNESCO announces this fellowship in March to April each year.

 

  1. UNESCO/Keizo Obuchi Research Fellowship Programme: (UNESCO designed the project entitled “UNESCO/Keizo Obuchi Research Fellowships Programme” in the framework of the Japanese Funds-in-Trust for the Capacity Building of Human Resources which was established in November 2000 by the Government of Japan to enable UNESCO to give impetus to research in four areas under UNESCO’s Priority Programme Areas). A Lump Sum contribution of US$ 10,000/- is awarded to each selected candidates. This fellowship programme announce in June to November each year by UNESCO.
